Critical History

The Way

Judgment Day

September 11th, 2001.

I woke up this morning and discovered, we were at war, or rather this nation had just been attacked by “terrorists”.  But how could that be?  What does it mean?  What will happen in the future?  It seemed so strange to see those buildings fall, to see our Pentagon attacked—so many lives destroyed—and for what?

As questions run through my mind I center on my own family — imagining being in the midst of it all.  Where will it lead?  Are we well enough prepared?

Over the last few years we've seen wars and heard rumors of wars and of global famine, pestilence and disease of biblical proportion.  Threats of our imminent doom from Y2K, market crashes, economic disaster, famine or draught are the stuff of our daily news.
The Bottom Line, it's easy to notice how fragile we are.  The questions each one of us must ask are, "What am I prepared for; can I preserve my family, our home, our property?  In the event of a disaster:  How will we eat?  What will we drink?  Where would we live?"

As this website comes on line it's Spring of 2002.  We are concerned with getting an irrigation system in, with selling a new litter of Golden Retriever puppies, and with preparing for the arrival of the newest addition to our family.  As the events of each day progress, most of us notice little but the task at hand, still not a day goes by that I don't notice what is taking place in the world around us, and have cause for concern.

I can't help but see the correlation of end time biblical prophesies and our current time. We can't help but see the correlation between our time and what happened in Germany when Hitler took over. The Homeland Security Act and Hitler's SS (the Gestapo) are virtually identical, except that in our day of modern banking and communications, that Act has the potential of virtually eliminating privacy in telecommunications and business transactions.  VeriChip Corporation is promoting their subcutaneous human tracking device (RFID) as a way to track and identify immigrants, guest workers and anyone else for purposes like: Passports, Driver's Licenses, banking and credit account transactions and just about anything else you can imagine.  We’ve heard of foreign workers being being allowed entrance to our country only after they “choose” to accept implants.  We’ve also heard of such implants being used in our country’s soldiers to track them in the field of battle.

“And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond,
to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:
“And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark…” Revelations 13:16-17

Awareness of these things caused me to recognize a need to share some basic facts of life, law and asset protection with the world, having hope to awaken the people to the necessity of properly organizing our lives such that such events do not either eliminate or control our ability to live with liberty.  Even John limited his prophetic revelation with the hope that we can repent avoid the calamities he fortold.  Thus, we must repent and remember who we are and get back to building the Kingdom of God, seeking first His Kingdom.

Foundational Law.   Regardless of individual belief systems, in the Constitutional Republic known as, The United States of America, the Bible is Foundational Law.  Public Law 97-280 (1982), states, "The Bible is the word of God", and admonishes all Americans to learn and apply it.  Starting with that as a basis, remember, God created man in His own image and likeness and gave man Dominion, Agency and possession (sovereignty), then He gave man his first Law, by way of commandment to: multiply, replenish and subdue the earth.  He also gave the promise that if a man would obey the Law and remain not of this world, then would man receive his inheritance.  Together the command and the promise with our acceptance forms a primary covenant.

This nature, having such sovereign possession of our bodies, being commanded to "be fruitful, multiply, replenish and subdue the earth" and being promised an inheritance if we remain "not of this world", implies that we will not receive our inheritance until sometime after we die.  We may also notice that we came into this life naked and after all we can do we leave all we possess here when we die.  The Creator owns everything here and has done so from the foundation of this earth.  This begs the question, "for what purpose do we fulfill the commandment to multiply, replenish and subdue the earth?"

The answer is, "To build up the Creator's Kingdom."  While it is true this process requires faith in God.  It is also true that the principles of following this commandment work with or without our understanding or belief.  That is to say, whether you believe the Bible is the word of God or not, the principles shared here work.  We simply start here, at Genesis 1:26–28, because it is well recognized as the Foundation of all Law.

The Promise.  This being the case, we proceed with recognition that man is in the world and yet commanded not to be of it.  Many imply that this is simply a spiritual law but we notice that the scripture also indicates that when a man takes ownership unto himself of his inheritance from this world the King of Kings says, "he has no promise."  This would indicate that what we do in the process of building up said Kingdom must be done with an "eye single to the glory of God."  If we do so we are promised, "after that, all things shall be given to us."

Some see this as a religious belief, however, we present it here simply as the Law of the Land.  And, point out that if we look at all of the problems we see in the world today they can all be resolved with this simple fact.  The King of Kings has given us a commandment, "Be fruitful, multiply, replenish and subdue the earth…for the purpose of building up the Kingdom of God on this earth."  Which commandment, when we accept it, becomes a covenant with a promise.  Now notice, if you simply accept this covenant, then look to all of the Law and all of the prophets and ask yourself, "Is not all that has come after this first Law and covenant included within it?"

The answer is "Yes."

Further, notice, if we could get all of the people to understand this and follow it, imagine, "what would happen to greed, pride, haughtiness, hate, war or even to hunger?"

They would be gone.

So, what would it take to bring people to an awareness of these simple facts?

It simply takes making people aware of the simple nature of that covenant offered to man from his Creator.  "Be fruitful, multiply, replenish and subdue the earth…for the purpose of building up the Kingdom of God on this earth…and remain not of this world."

So how do we do that?

First, it takes awareness of the covenant.
Second, it takes understanding our nature under the covenant as stewards to the King of Kings, building up His Kingdom.  We must notice that He is the owner of all that we possess.  And, we must notice that though he made us sovereign, we are His willing stewards.

Now, imagine how different life would be if you had a Foundational Instrument that cast your covenant nature with your Creator in stone.  Something that could secure that nature and God's Law, as Law, so soundly that no man, no organization and no government could deny that relationship or that Law form.

We have that Foundational Instrument at the base of all of our systems.

With this as the foundation of the most comprehensive self controlled asset protection system on the planet, anything can be built.

Our system is called The Way of Kings™ because we follow the way defined by the King of Kings for His sovereign children.

We follow simple principles:
Learn the Law and obey it, remembering always that, though we are sovereign, we are stewards in the Kingdom.

Then we apply the rules of setting up competent asset protection systems, which are:

  • Limited Partnerships are used for most hands-on business relationships;
  • Trusts are used only: to control governments, to control corporations or to control asset flow;
  • Control is absolutely necessary, so when Trusts are used the only capacity to function in is Trustee; and,
  • Corporations are only used when a business is either, of a nature that has its own on staff litigating attorneys, or, it is not under your own hands-on control (foreign, etc.).

Control is the key; think about it, how could you possibly fulfill the covenant if you give up control?  The problem with conventional asset protection systems is that the Asset Protection Industry seems not to know how to set up self-controlled systems.  They attempt to use trusts or corporations for everything and they protect assets by removing both ownership and control from the person that generated the assets to begin with (that will absolutely protect the assets from you—then again you will no longer have any use or benefit from them either).  That's not asset protection. We call it a fools move.

Becoming Aware.   As we, with hindsight, review the events of September 11th, 2001, we are still mystified by what happened.  Yet there are simply too many unanswered questions.  Too many questions that indicate the people of our nation were set up by people in high places in the United States Government.  The threat of a Y2K disaster alone came too close to simply idly stand by, systems normal.  There are simply too many incidents like the Murrah Building in Oklahoma City; the Seventh-Day Adventists Branch Davidians in Waco, Texas, and the Weaver family in Ruby Ridge, Idaho.  "Federal government" agencies and or their officers (Corp. US) now admit they committed these acts of terrorism.  Certainly none of us wants to discover things like that, however, the information available is sufficient to make us aware of the necessity of learning how to properly control the possessions under our control.  When I purchased our house, it was of the utmost importance for me to find a way to fund and pay for it with real money (gold or silver coin); so that I could rest at night knowing that there was no bank loan involved and no property taxes involved; so that I could rest assured knowing that in hard times our home was safe and our family would have a place to live and grow crops to live.  When we invest funds, it is of utmost importance to secure that we have control of the funds and that we have competent ability to secure that the funds will grow and will return to our control, tax free.  When we operate business relations we want our financial fortress (asset protection system) designed and set such that even under lawsuit or other forms of attack our stewardship will stay intact and will continue to grow regardless of what happens anywhere in the world.  Most importantly for us is that we stay prepared and keep our eyes single to the glory of our Lord and the purpose of building up the Kingdom for the King of Kings in accord with our covenants.

Taking action.   It always comes down to one thing, taking action.  All of the sources and study in the world will not get the job done; only one thing does that.  We must take action.  When the necessary action is study and education, we must find a source that fulfills the need.  To learn more (if you have not already read them), follow these links in order: Asset Protection 101, Critical History, The Way of Kings™ Way
